today i went to school!hehe. miss saying that. i went to SMKB to get my SPm cert and meet me old friends! visited form 6 people. chatted with Mei Ee, Sze May, Yvonne. haih. miss them loads. ofcoz Ps was tehre too. being ps la. the loud one. talking with all the other loud people, JT, jonathan and all. oh ya saw TK too. haha. i love making ppl’s name into initials! so after that, we went to eat nasi lemak! hehe. miss the school’s nasi lemak. saw Ms. Low. i forgot her name when i saw her. so embarrasing.hahahaha. asked her about choir. she said now got trainer….hahahaha…we were the best la.. no one can beat…hahaha…

then after that, went to Sunway College. man, the cafeteria is super chun now! got san francisco coffee, aunty anne’s, some japanese food thingy. haih. wish they did that earlier when WE WERE THERE!! went to see Mr. Avila to get my Testimonial. hahaha.

oh ya, did i tell u, im applying for the scholarship thingyl. deep down in my heart i know i cannot get it, but hey, worth a try! hehe. yesterday, i went to visit Sidney!:) we had fun! ate super cheap food.will post pictures when i get back.

im going to pack and i’m leaving today for Pulau Redang. so DANG la.haih. i got my period. NOW at this time! i came online to browse through this. see ya with loads of pictures.

RM49.90. haha. my mum’s been so generous these days. i really wonder why. she jokingly said that she wants to buy me stuff and all that so that when i grow up, and she grows old i will take care of her! haha. ofcoz i will! they took care of me so well! my mum gets upset at times whenever i talk about KarenLee, wingSun, Grace and all who’s in australia. she always says, “are you angry at mummy and daddy cos we cannot afford to send you overseas?” i will answer “ofcoz not!” really im not angry one bit at them. cos i knew since i was in primary that i couldn’t go overseas. heck, i was even planning to go to form6 and go to public uni. haha. after what my cousins has been through, nahhh…i’d rather go somewhere else. hehe.

anyways. mum and i bought the tshirtwhich costs only RM9.90! hehe. she has one also. hers has a different graphic! its really cheap and comfy!

so then later we were walking and talking about me getting my period during Redang. and one thing leads to another and DANG, we reach the swimsuit department! haha. and i tell her my situation, im fatter now and i need a new swimsuit! hahaha…and yay

she gets me one! hahaha…its pink.who cares. i like pink! hehe. it was on the rack. hah. cheap/last season’s one. haha. RM60 only. hehe. there was a cheaper one. its like a two piece la, but NOT bra and panties type. mygosh ppl will die if they see me like that! its like a spegetthi strap top with a pants-like bottom. but i look super fat. so din get that. haha.

actually, the other day, i went shopping because my mum dragged me to go for her detoxifying leg thingy. its super gross..i tell u! they have this leg thingy, and they clean ur whle body from bad toxins from ur body and thig gross coloured water is formed. when my mumwas doing that thingy, my dad went to work(his workplace is midvalley) and i was browsing through the pharmacy stuff, cos the clinic-thingy is in a pharmacy, then the guy/therapist actually came up to me and asked me to go and clean my toxins. then i was like no i dun want to. then he kept n explaining the benefits of the grossed out thing. and i was like , no i dun want to. then he gave me a stare, the “you dunno what you’re missing in life” stare and walked off. i was like…”OKAYYY whats his problem!!” hehe. and kept on reading the stuff on shampoo/ hair treatment bottles. haha. and after the process, my mum had to only WIPE off the gross stuff, and NOT wash her legs. how gross! anyone did this before?

I am so sorry i have not been updating at all. hahhhaah.. despite the fact that im on 2 weeks break. But i had assignments. haih… 2 assignments that are 2000 words each due next tues. and i have not started. I am so dead.

But i have not been staying at my place this whole hols. Of yeah… actually since the fella broke into my place i have not gone home. I mean i did go home to take clothes but not for the nite. hahha… and i have to pay less rent. but staying with the guys are we girls are cooking every nite and helping them clean.. ok lah.. cleaning once in a while only. But better than nothing.

anyways, i am so super lazy to type wat i have been up to the past few days. becuz i all the fellas that im hanging out with now all got blogs so they have been updating. their life and mine almost the same now man….

My new-but-old shirt. this shirt was actually very big. like in guys size. u know small tees for guys kinda shirt? its an old liverpool shirt. mum bought for me wayy back when i was in school! hahaha….
::how to cut ur own shirt?:: cut off the top. cut off the sleeves. tie the fabric on top of your shoulders and wa-lah—–u have a baby tee kinda singlet.

i sewed everything BY HAND btw. haha. no sewing machine in my house!:( hehe. i also made a li heart in the middle. cute right? i used red&pink threads. hehe. and also a silvery ribbon for the string. hehe. its simple. anyone can make their own HP cover! i shall make more! in every colour! then maybe during people’s birthday/ christmas then i can give HAND made stuff, which i think everyone(not those who are jealous that they cannot do it and thinks its ugly tho…) will love it. cos its hand-made marr…

i’m experiencing/having diarrhea. (i never know it was spelt like that! haha, medical terms..hehe.its sickening. haih.

i was joking with my cousin today. and guess what came out of me at the spur of the moment.
“diarrhea, its more like peeing through my ass!” haha. didn’t know that could come out of me. hehe. over descriptive. ahahah.

today was okay. i washed my flipflops. folded my clothes. i did what i planned for yesterday! haha. and i was about to re-sew my old t-shirts, when my cousin came. and she needs me to help her with her computer work. haih. im like a geek now. not that i wasn’t before, i was always a geek!:P

proud to be one too. hate ppl who think they’re too cool to hang out with me. haha.who are they to say whats cool and whats not? haha. oh well, everybody has their good side.

i used to always judge ppl and see them as their bad side. i changed. i look at people’s good side and forget the bad side. we’re not perfect right?

What is diarrhea?
Diarrhea—loose, watery stools occurring more than three times in one day—is a common problem that usually lasts a day or two and goes away on its own without any special treatment. However, prolonged diarrhea can be a sign of other problems. People with diarrhea may pass more than a quart of stool a day.Diarrhea can cause dehydration, which means the body lacks enough fluid to function properly. Dehydration is particularly dangerous in children and the elderly, and it must be treated promptly to avoid serious health problems. (See “What is dehydration?“)People of all ages can get diarrhea. The average adult has a bout of diarrhea about four times a year.

What is the treatment?
In most cases, replacing lost fluid to prevent dehydration is the only treatment necessary. (See “Preventing Dehydration” below.) Medicines that stop diarrhea may be helpful in some cases, but they are not recommended for people whose diarrhea is caused by a bacterial infection or parasite—stopping the diarrhea traps the organism in the intestines, prolonging the problem. Instead, doctors usually prescribe antibiotics. Viral causes are either treated with medication or left to run their course, depending on the severity and type of the virus.

Preventing Dehydration
Dehydration occurs when the body has lost too much fluid and electrolytes (the salts potassium and sodium). The fluid and electrolytes lost during diarrhea need to be replaced promptly—the body cannot function properly without them. Dehydration is particularly dangerous for children, who can die from it within a matter of days.Although water is extremely important in preventing dehydration, it does not contain electrolytes. To maintain electrolyte levels, you could have broth or soups, which contain sodium, and fruit juices, soft fruits, or vegetables, which contain potassium.For children, doctors often recommend a special rehydration solution that contains the nutrients they need. You can buy this solution in the grocery store without a prescription. Examples include Pedialyte, Ceralyte, and Infalyte.

Tips About Food
Until diarrhea subsides, try to avoid milk products and foods that are greasy, high-fiber, or very sweet. These foods tend to aggravate diarrhea.

As you improve, you can add soft, bland foods to your diet, including bananas, plain rice, boiled potatoes, toast, crackers, cooked carrots, and baked chicken without the skin or fat. For children, the pediatrician may recommend what is called the BRAT diet: bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast.

Points to Remember
Diarrhea is a common problem that usually resolves on its own. (phew…)
Diarrhea is dangerous if a person becomes dehydrated.Causes include viral, bacterial, or parasitic infections; food intolerance; reactions to medicine; intestinal diseases; and functional bowel disorders.
Treatment involves replacing lost fluids and electrolytes.
Depending on the cause of the problem, a person might also need medication to stop the diarrhea or treat an infection.
Children may need an oral rehydration solution to replace lost fluids and electrolytes.
Call the doctor if a person with diarrhea has severe pain in the abdomen or rectum, a fever of 102 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, blood in the stool, signs of dehydration, or diarrhea for more than 3 days.
