Subway Melt: Turkey, ham and crispy bacon topped with melted cheese (Of course in Malaysia all halal wan la)
With everything except pickles and Barbeque+ Mustard Sauce
Plus its only 380 calories. omgomg.
Of course, the veggie delite is only 230 calories. Shall try that one day and learn to love it. Then I shall eat Subway everyday!!!! haha.
But workplace no subway, meh! Maybe a simple Tuna Sandwich will do eh? Everyday. Sandwich. I can live with that 
One Choc Chip cookie is 210. Omg eating two is like almost eating one Sub Melt.
