We have been open since CNY. Our bakers, who were trained by a Master Baker from England and Patisserie Chef from France, bake fresh breads and patisseries on site every day starting at 5am, using stone ground organic flour, which we import from England. We are on a Real Bread Campaign, trying to educate and expose everyone to the wonders of great healthy breads. Our sweet and savoury patisseries are very good and we have excellent reviews or our organic coffee. We make sandwiches to order with a variety of choices and many of the fillings are made by us.
