I would like to think I help initiate the online shopping frenzy here in KL. I remember back in those days, circa 2007/2008 when there were so little online blogshops, I started collecting them and putting them into a now popular, MOFSD.com, when I was with emmagem. There were measly few online blogshops then with some of the awesome sites like ShopaholicSU.blogspot.com, Osixnine and the ever so popular, SellTradeKL on Livejournal.

Ever since girls started noticing all the sites and how easy it was to be an online entrepreneur, they all started their own. I’ve heard so many of them telling me at that time that it was because of emmagem that they started their shops, now they’re so popular amongst girls here in Klang Valley (and i’m sure on other states). Then came along all those online review sites, etc. etc. I watched it grow from having less than 20 to now over 500+ the last time I was updating it, a year ago. I’m sure there are more now!

Anyways, one of the trends of online blogshops are now moving towards a more niche high class target, where they source for designer bags and sell them online. Back in those days, I wouldn’t even think about getting a designer bag, unless i’m some rich kid with loaded parents (which I’m NOT), or when I am working a really high paying job as designer bags are so overpriced here in Malaysia, after all that conversion, taxes and all that.

I got this dress from Blook. MAD LOVE for this dress because it is just so awesomely nice. You can’t see it, but it has like bondage-kinda lines thingy in the black skirt area. Love how they have bigger range of sizes

The one part I hate about being a girl is the society’s ideal on what women’s legs should be like. I mean come onnnnnnnnn…God made us with hair on legs. why whyy whyyy do people look down on girls with leg hair? Seriously?

GAH! So what if we looked like hairy little girls? I dun have so much time to shave or wax!! Gahhhhhhhh…

I succumb to peer pressure and yes, I do shave my legs. But sometimes, I just get so damn lazy.

i love to go waxing, but hey, I only earn peanuts for living in the city’s standards! haha. waxing is MAHAL SHIT! But my skin feels owh so soft and smooth after that…

3. Recently, I painted my room pink. I put out a sign on my door saying that my room’s in renovation works since December. It is still in “renovation” mode.
4. I appeared on national newspaper twice: One for my cupcakes on The Sun and one as a blogger for emmagem on NST. I also wrote for The Star’s RAGE once.
5. Owh, I appeared on Astroview for having this really messy room. My mum was so disappointed in me for publicizing my messy room! Astroview can now come and take more photos of my new and improved room: CLUTTER FREE!!

7. I enjoy blogging and I always think that one day when i’m 55, I can look back at my crazy life way back when I was 22. Shit, I’m 23 this year! Too bad i threw away my teenage years diary. Damn.

20. I never was a “fashion” person. I hated carrying handbags and used to wear khakis pants with a lot of pockets and chuck everything in it. I also thought wearing make up was yucky. Now,I’m a freaking fashion blogger and I wear make up. Wish me luck.

So Lea, Joyce, Louanne and I went to Sg Wang today. We were practically there for like 9 hours. so happens there was some Tahun Baru China thing going on and it was crowded giler!! We were tired like shit at 930. We so happen to go to our usual Saturday Make Me skinny day in the morning and jogged walked,ran on stairs, did some gym machines, play swing, and reflexology for an hour! hahaha. We so fail.

So I decided on a skincare product (Which i hope i will continue to use everyday, because i need to save my face)! Maklumlah, dah tua, no more nice skin like when I was in high school.

Actually last time i used to use Ponds (if you remember that brand) I think now it is Olay. hehe.

I choose Garnier in the end – because I saw it on the Australian Open..lols. I am so lame, please kill me now. Also because they have this set, Garnier Light sold at Watson’s which retailed for RM44. With cleanser, toner/dew and moisturizer. Plus a free mask:)

My lame review:

The cleanser like normal lah.

The toner pulak like very cute cos its called lightening dew. like so cute right? hahaha

Then the moisturizer, omg. after applying like sunblock lah. hahaha. Lucky i didn’t apply much. I guess it will help me when out in the sun because it has SPF15. hahaha

I sound like such a bimbo with all these cleanse+tone+moisturise all. hahaha. But hey, Garnier promised 2 tones lighter skin after 28 days:) we shall see in March, if i’m 2 tones fairer. I identified my skin tone. I am number 12. So in 4 weeks, we shall see if im number 10. (-_-)

I think only in Asia has this Garnier Light. Every Asian’s dream to look fairer. wtf really.

I just want a nice blemish free skin lahhh. I guess i bought the wrong brand
